Acolyte and Usher Training
March 14 in the sanctuary after church.
Acolytes - grades 3 and up – even if you have been an acolyte before, please plan to attend – there are some changes we need to talk about. If you can’t make it and want to acolyte, please let Pastor Paula know.
Ushers – all ages welcome. Our goal will be to talk about basic duties and how to support our acolytes.
Spaghetti Dinner and Guitar Concert, April 15
We will host a dinner and concert for the community as a fundraiser to support Global Missions. Sandee Helow of Something’s Cooking Catering in Morro Bay has graciously agreed to coordinate our meal, Jenn Worthington is working on publicity, and Elizabeth Busch, an amazing classical guitarist who lives in Davis, will offer some classical pieces as well as
some original songs for our listening enjoyment. To make this a success we will need everyone’s
help in selling tickets, putting up posters and more. Watch the bulletin board for sign-ups to see how YOU can help! Rummage Sale, Saturday May 22 Save the date! Gigantic-spectacular-church-wide Yard Sale Fundraiser! Music, food, great prices, free e-waste collection, and more. EBUMC needs your donations of gently used furnishings, toys, tools, household items, clothes, collectibles, etc. Sign up on the board to be part of the team for this important event, and watch this space for more information about where and when to deliver your donations.

There are still a few new plots for rent - sign up today for yours! The plots are $65 per year. Please call Johannah Varland, Head Gardener, at 772-9580 to reserve your 15'x15' garden plot.
